Which is more crowded..End of October of beginning of December? We have been 3 times in early December, but I would like to see Disney decorated for Halloween. Don't really want to fight crowds.

    Hey Gail!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  You are very wise to consider the crowd levels when planning a Walt Disney World vacation.  My family has visited the Walt Disney World Resort multiple times in mid-October and early December and have always found the crowds to be very comparable.  The parks are traditionally less crowded when schools are in session.

Although I love visiting when the parks are decorated for the Christmas season, I also really enjoy seeing the fall decor as well. My favorite Special Event has always been Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, which is held on select evenings in September and October at Magic Kingdom Park. This spooktacular party features Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade, Happy HalloWishes  (amazing firework display) and trick-or-treating throughout the park. I honestly don't think you can go wrong with either week that you are considering for your trip That being said, if you are hoping to see the special Halloween and fall decor, then I would personally recommend an October visit. I hope this helps in making your decision. Please don't hesitate to visit us again with any additional questions that you may have. Best wishes for a magical trip!

    Happy Planning,
