How crowded is Disney World in September?

    Not very. :)

September is a great time to visit - my own family is there for the last week of September and the first week of October every year. We find the weather to be pleasant - still hot, but less humid than summer. And any time school is in session, fewer people are vacationing. My own children attend year-round school, so we take advantage of their fall break to visit Disney without throngs of other vacationers.

If you're there toward the middle or the end of the month, you can also take advantage of fun extra offerings like Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival. Both come highly recommended from me!
