I have Crohnes Disease and need to know what restraunts to avoid that only have spicey food.? Also need to have easy and fast access to bathrooms in the parks are there plenty and coming in late April to May 4th how are the crowds

    Hi Sheri,

There are plentiful restrooms throughout the Disney parks. They're all noted on the park maps so you'll be easily able to plot out your location strategy in advance. Additionally, all the table service restaurants in the parks also have restrooms. You can feel free to pop in there as well.

I just checked the TouringPlans.com Crowd Calendar for you. They have listed the last week in April and the first week in May as a 6-7 on a scale of 1-10. You won't have the parks to yourself, but you won't have crushing crowds either. Get to the parks early and you should be fine.

As for spicy food, most restaurants at WDW offer a range of items to suit multiple palates. The restaurant menus are readily available on independent websites such as disneyfoodblog.com and allears.net. It would make sense for you to scope out possible restaurant choices in advance to ensure that they are appropriate for your medical needs.

The only menu off the top of my head that you might be wary of is Sanaa at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. While not all of the food is hot spicy, most of it is quite flavorful with spice (think mild curries rather than jalepeno).

You should also feel free to ask to speak to the chef at any table service restaurant. They are used to modifying dishes to meet guests' needs.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
