Welcome Home Sheri!
Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort is one of my favorite Resorts, especially when you are traveling with the littles! We stayed at the resort on the first trip my twins took to Walt Disney World when they were seven months old. As a monorail resort, it is super convenient, and it is a short walk to Magic Kingdom Park. We loved to head to the Park in the morning and then quickly return to the hotel for nap-time. That walk became my favorite part of the day!
When my babies were little, we took full advantage of the complimentary cribs that are available at every
Disney Resort hotel. Most of the “cribs” are standard size Pack n’ Plays, but some larger cribs are available. The cribs come with a fitted sheet, and you can request one either at arrival or by calling your hotel beforehand. Disney also has
Featured Providers where you can rent a crib or a toddler bed. We have happily used Kingdom Strollers several times. The process was very straightforward, and the products are great.
Before the kiddos tuck in for the night, put them in their PJs and head up to the
Members Only Top of the World Lounge for a spectacular view of Happily Ever After. Some nights we didn’t make it to the 16th floor and ended up on our balcony (if we were lucky enough to score a theme park view!) or in the elevator lobby on our floor, perched on a bench (usually with other pajama-clad friends) for a private viewing party!
Have a magical stay!
