Hiya Ralph!
Welcome to planDisney!
Three chEARs! Your vacation is nEAR! You must be thrilled to be embarking on such an enchanting adventure. I love experiencing Walt Disney World Resort with my own Mouseketeers and seeing the magic through their eyes. It doesn’t get better than that!
Yay for staying in a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. You’ll be happy to know you’re able to request both a high chair and crib by
calling Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and speaking to a Cast Member. I want you to know that although requests are not always guaranteed, Cast Members do their best to accommodate.
Since you’ll be traveling with a little Mouseketeer, I’d love to tell you about the Baby Care Center and Rider Switch Service! The
Baby Care Centers are located in every theme park and offer a nice, quiet place to feed with nursing rooms and change the baby with oversized changing tables, and you'll also find a small shop for wipes, diapers, and other goods should you need to purchase anything.
If some members of your party would like to experience thrill rides, the
Rider Switch Service is magical, and it helps families with Guests who are either too small or do not wish to ride an attraction. Everyone in your party would have to approach the Cast Member attending the attraction queue and let them know you’d like to use the Rider Switch Service. The Cast Member will set it up for you all, and the first rider(s) will stand in the standby queue for the attraction while the other adult(s) wait with the non-rider(s). Once the first rider(s) is through experiencing the attraction, they will come back to the adult(s) waiting, and the adult(s) waiting will go through without having to wait in the standby queue, so you’re not all waiting twice as long for the attraction!
We can’t wait to welcome you all to the magic, Ralph! Have an enchanting time.
