    How do we use our credit to get tickets?

    Hi Jeff!

    Welcome to planDisney, where real Disney Guests just like you are here to answer your trip planning questions. As Disney Parks experts we love to share our knowledge, tips, and tricks with you!

    If you have credit from expired tickets or canceled vacations you will need to call the Disneyland Resort to use this credit. There is not currently a way to use this credit when booking online. For example, I have two tickets that were purchased before the pandemic that we were unable to use before their expiration on 12/16/2021. When we decide to use those tickets, I’ll need to call ticketing to use the value paid for those tickets toward the purchase of new tickets.

    I will tell you, Jeff, that the hold times can be longer than desired right now. Be sure to call right when the phone lines open at 7 AM PST and be sure you have time to wait on hold. I recommend using a mobile phone that you can put on speaker and bring with you if you need to accomplish other things during the wait.
