I have a credit from a postponed trip. I want to use it on 01/01/2024. What do I need to do?

    Hi Deborah,

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question! I'm so glad that you are planning to make new plans after your postponed trip. I can't think of a better way to welcome the new year than a trip to Walt Disney World Resort!

Since your anticipated arrival is in just a few days, I recommend that you contact a Cast Member at Walt Disney World Resort who can easily help you with your updated plans. This will help eliminate any technical issues you may have online that might delay making your new plans.

I'm assuming your credit was associated with a Theme Park Ticket, so please keep in mind that you will need to pay the difference if the new ticket price is higher than your previous ticket. Also, remember that since it is a busy time of year, there may not be a Theme Park Reservation available for the park of your choice, so be flexible! Currently, the Theme Park Reservation Calendar shows availability for all parks on January 1, 2024, but that is subject to change. If you choose to arrive on or after January 9, 2024, park reservations are no longer required for date-based tickets.

Deborah, don't forget to check out the new 2024 merchandise throughout the theme parks. Each year I like to purchase a frame featuring all my favorite Characters to commemorate another year of magical memories made on Disney vacations!

I hope your visit works out and you are walking right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A., or wherever your heart desires soon! Let us know if you have other questions; we are here to help.

    Happily New Year Ever After,
    Shannon
