Rosio, because your trip is so soon, and depending on whether you have a
Vacation Package reservation or a standalone
Disney Resorts Collection stay, I would recommend giving
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations a call so a friendly Cast Member can look into your account and assist you.
As long as the theme park ticket hasn’t been used, you can reassign the ticket to someone else. And if the ticket expires before it can be used, you can apply the value paid towards a new ticket for a future trip.
To reassign your ticket, head over to the
Walt Disney World Resort website and hover over the My Disney Experience logo on the top right corner. Next, select “My Plans” in the drop-down menu and scroll until you see “Tickets & Memory Maker.” There, you will find all the tickets linked to your account, and when you see the one you’d like to reassign, click on “Reassign Ticket.”
