Hello Ashley, and welcome to planDisney!
I am sorry to hear you are having difficulties making Disney Park Pass reservations. I'll do my best to walk you through some troubleshooting ideas, but as a regular Guest myself it is a little tricky to assist you through this forum as I do not have access to your account and have no way of knowing how you and your Guests have set up your My Disney Experience accounts or what type of vacation package you have booked. I can give you some information about how things generally work with My Disney Experience, however, I think your best bet is to
give the tech support team a call in the UK at 0800 16 90 749. You'll be able to provide the email associated with your account to a helpful Cast Member. They can then take a look at your account and help you resolve any issues.
In order to make
Disney Park Pass reservations for everyone in your party, you must first be connected through
Family & Friends in
My Disney Experience, and each Guest must have theme park admission linked to their profile. If your additional Guests are members of your same household, you may wish to create profiles for them in your account. You can do this by selecting "Family & Friends", scrolling to the bottom of your list to select "Add a Guest", and entering their information. If the additional Guests have their own My Disney Experience accounts, after entering their information select "Share planning with this Guest" and enter the email associated with their account. They'll receive an invitation to connect.
Once everyone is connected and showing in your Family & Friends list, you'll want to be sure everyone has theme park admission linked to their profile. Usually, when booking a travel package, tickets are already linked to the Guests on the reservation. If you purchased your theme park tickets separately from other travel components, you may need to assign them to the Guests on your reservation. You can do this by going to "Tickets and Passes" in the
My Disney Experience app or "My Plans" and then "Tickets & Memory Maker" on the My Disney Experience website and choosing "Reassign Ticket". Recently, several tickets were added to my account, and they were all assigned to my name, so I needed to reassign them to the other members of my travel party.
If the other members of your travel party purchased their own travel package or tickets, they could make their own Disney Park Pass reservations through their My Disney Experience accounts. A Disney Park Pass reservation is not like a dining reservation where everyone needs to be on the same reservation to be seated together. As long as everyone in your travel party has a Disney Park Pass reservation for the same theme park on the same date, you'll be able to enter the theme park together.
Ashley, I wish I could be more helpful. I hope you will be able to resolve the situation quickly and soon be on your way to enjoying all the magic of the
50th Anniversary Celebration. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to write us back. Have a wonderful holiday!
Anne Marie
