    I have created an account with My Disney Experience and have my whole party linked. My question is with the memory maker and magic band. Do I need to scan my magic band for the memory maker or can any person scan theirs since we are all linked?

    Hi Robin!

    I think you've made a great choice in purchasing Memory Maker for your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation.   You will be able to capture precious moments throughout the Walt Disney World Resort including select attractions and dining locations.    On my last vacation I had over 400 pictures of my family during a 5 day vacation, it was terrific.

    Robin, if you have linked everyone in your traveling party to My Disney Experience and they have all enabled photo-sharing on their accounts; anyone linked will be able to scan a MagicBand in order to have pictures added to Memory Maker.   One of your party members could be visiting with Mickey Mouse at Town Square Theater while others plummet to the briar patch on Splash Mountain and all the pictures can be added.   Isn't that fabulous, and so easy to use?  Be sure to ask Disney PhotoPass photographers to capture some Magic Shots for you,  it's always fun to log into Memory Maker and see some magical friends appear in photos.
