Hi! We are crazily planning our first trip to Disney in a month. I'm overwhelmed with all of the wonderful options & would love any advice on how to maximize our 4-5 days with twin 5-year-olds. VIP guides? Fun restaurants? Must do breakfasts etc???

Hi Kirstin! How excited are you to take your very first trip to Walt Disney World?!  And I'm so happy for you because you have no idea how much magic awaits.

The most important tip I can give you is to arrive at the parks early.  Since the parks open at 9:00 am in February, plan to get there by 8:30, and if you're staying on property, make sure to take advantage of Extra Magic Hours. Regarding maximizing your time, a Private VIP Tour would be a completely unique and customizable experience for your family and is on every uber Disney fan's bucket list. Call (407) 560-4033 for details.

For a fun breakfast option, try Epcot's Garden Grill Restaurant which is a family-style restaurant that rotates slowly around Living with the Land, and Farmer Mickey and his friends will stop by for a visit (Chip’s Sticky Bun Bake is a fan favorite).  I also happen to like Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort for dinner. This slapstick comedy show is popular, so make your Advanced Dining Reservations soon- with a family of young kids, you may enjoy the 4:00 PM show time.

Lastly, make sure you don't overdo it- build in some rest time for yourselves because you'll need it!  If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, use this time to explore the pool midday, and you'll avoid some major meltdowns!

Have a great time!  Only a few more weeks until you're making some magical memories!
