What is the Covid protocol? Do I need proof of vaccinations? Are masks required in any of the restaurants ?

    Hiya Carol,

Thank you for stopping back at planDisney with this great question. I am thrilled that you are planning a magical adventure to Walt Disney World Resort. As someone that travels often - both for work and visits "home" to see Mickey Mouse - I completely understand wanting to check on current COVID-19 protocols.

Disney World continues to monitor national and local trends and regulations and regularly updates its health and safety protocols. While Guests are encouraged to be fully vaccinated, it is not currently required and proof of vaccination status is not requested when visiting the theme parks, Disney Springs or staying at Disney Resorts Collection hotels. Additionally, face coverings are optional (not required) for Guests, although they are recommended for those that are not fully vaccinated when traveling on enclosed transportation or in indoor locations. While these policies have been in place for some time now, they are always subject to change. Therefore, I recommend you recheck for any changes just before you leave for your trip.

I hope this helps with your plans. If I can answer any additional questions, I hope you will stop back and see me
