Hello Gil!
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney today. I'm happy to help!
My family just returned from a weekend visit, and waved hello to guests on the
courtesy trams as we headed toward the Monorail entrance at the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC). These trams are available to all guests at each of the 4 theme parks and run frequently during operating hours. You'll also be glad to know that
Disability Parking is available at each park, offering spots closer to the main entrance. A valid disability parking permit is required for these spots, which are available on a first come first serve basis.
Though trams are available, keep in mind there will still be a short walk to get through the turnstiles at each park. This is particularly relevant if you'll be visiting Magic Kingdom Park, which requires guests arriving in private vehicles to park at the TTC and then board a Monorail or Ferryboat across Seven Seas Lagoon to the park entrance. Both modes of transportation are
accessible to guests in wheelchairs or ECVS if you're bringing your own. Wheelchairs and ECVS are also
available to rent at the entrance of each park if needed, but must be returned before exiting.
Gil, I hope this clears up any confusion. I recommend checking out all the
services available for guests with mobility needs before your arrival to ensure a visit that's magical and practically perfect in every way!
Please don't hesitate to come back and see us again with more questions. We're always ready to assist!
Magic and memories,
Amy
