Hi a couple of quick questions 1 Do any of the theme parks or DD sell fried dough and 2 can you bring food and/or drinks on the WDW transportation (buses, monorail, boats) We love this panel and we've received a lot of valuable information Thanks

Fried dough goes by different names depending on where you are in the U.S. At Disney World, fried dough is "funnel cake". And let me assure you that funnel cake is fine invention -- absolutely no redeeming nutritional value at all, just 100% delicious sweet, fried yumminess. I have to tell you that my devotion to the WDW funnel cake is so great that I actually mentioned it in my application to be on the Moms Panel.

There are several funnel cake stands at WDW. There is one at the Blizzard Beach water park, one near the American Adventure pavilion in the World Showcase at Epcot, and at the Boardwalk (in the evenings). Toppings are available to augment the funnel cakes: powdered sugar, ice cream, fruit, or chocolate sauce, depending on the location, but I like mine straight-up and warm from the fryer. Ahhhh.

As for your other question, yes you can bring food on the Disney transportation. I was at WDW this past weekend. My girls and I grabbed some breakfast food at the Boardwalk Bakery and ate it on the boat ride over to Disney's Hollywood Studios. I was good and had a yogurt with fruit and granola, but if that funnel cake stand had been open I'm sure things would have gone down differently :-)
