I come from a country without pennies. Would the Disney park Hotel be able to provide a roll of new pennies for exchange?

Hello there, Sarah! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for reaching out and asking your Walt Disney World Resort vacation question!

Being an international traveler is not always easy! Attempting to navigate in a foreign country brings on a number of challenges, however, Walt Disney World Resort does its best to help out their international Guests

While there is not currently a location in which you can make foreign currency exchanges at Disney Resort hotels, you can certainly do this at any Guest Relations location! Guest Relations is available at all four theme parks, both water parks, Disney Springs, and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Hours of operation are based on the park or complex in which the Guest Relations location is found.

In addition to foreign currency exchange, Guest Relations offers many helpful services! Guests that can receive a copy of each theme park Guide Maps in six different languages. These languages include English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German and Japanese. You can also find more park information, get assistance making reservations, and receive other general assistance at all Guest Relations locations.

Hopefully, this information will help you and your family acquire your penny souvenirs! Please let us know if we can help you with planning any other part of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
