116 and counting - staying at all star music looking at changing to POR. family of 5 one person has a leg injury so I need ground floor and walking to a min until a chair can be rented ect. Is POR too much walking just to get to the bus?

Hi Sarah! Port Orleans Riverside is a beautiful, lush resort. There are several buildings that are close to bus stops that you can request. There are two sections in the Port Orleans Resort, the Alligator Bayou, with its more rustic decor and trundle beds, and the Magnolia Bend with its more elegant decor.

In the Alligator Bayoo section, building 15 is close to the main bus stop, as there is a path that provides a short cut.  Building 34 is close to the second bus stop. In the Mansions section, buildings 80 and 85 are close to stops. I highly calling before your arrival (407) 934-6000 and explaining your situation, and requesting a certain building and the first floor. Be sure to advise them that you want to be closest to the bus stops, as the building are large, and some rooms are much closer than others.

    Have a magical vacation Sarah!
