We are counting down the days to our first visit in February. The Jedi Training Academy is a BIG attraction for our 7 year old son but I see no times for this in Feb and I am hearing rumours that it will be closing. Can you let me know what is happening?

Hello Gillian! Thanks for joining us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

The Jedi Training Academy is a very important part of the existence of a young Padawan; I mean, how else will our youngsters become Jedis?  I made a quick phone call to the Rebel Headquarters on your behalf and I'm very happy to let you know that the Jedi Training Academy experience at Disney's Hollywood Studios is not closing any time soon.  If you want to ensure that your Padawan can participate in this unique experience, I'd suggest taking the speediest cruiser you can find to the entrance of Disney's Hollywood Studios prior to the park's opening, then signing them up first thing.

Should you have any interest in dabbling in the Dark Side, you may consider the Star Wars Guided Tour for the Star Wars fans in your party.  This tour experience includes a guaranteed seat in the Jedi Training Academy, lunch at Backlot Express, and reserved seating at both the March of the First Order and Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular, and some additional special surprises.  It can also help you to avoids that "rope drop rush" as Disney's Hollywood Studios opens.

    Your favorite Rebel Spy,
