Hi, Yichen! I am sorry you have had some issues downloading your Disney PhotoPass pictures with Memory Maker. I believe I have the thingamabob that does the job for you. You will need to wave your magic wand while saying "bibbidi bobbidi boo" and hitting a few computer keys!
When we travel to Walt Disney World Resort, we always have a few hundred Disney PhotoPass photos. I cannot download all of those memories to my phone, so I wait until I get home to do so on my laptop. On the
main Disney PhotoPass website, you will be able to download a couple at a time or download all of them. When you click the website above, you will see four options for Disney Parks and you need to click the green button below the park you visited to Get Started. Your Disney PhotoPass photos will then load. Sometimes it takes a while, so just be patient! To download all of them, look to the right side of the page for a link to Download Photos. After clicking it, your computer will process the request and ask you to click a button to Download. Your photos will be compiled into manageable "zipped" or compressed folders. When you click each of those folders on the site, pay close attention to where it is saying the file is being downloaded on your computer. Once they are downloaded, open one of the compressed folders. Some PCs handle compressed folders in different ways, but mine has a tab at the top of those folders that says Extract - Compressed Folders Tools. I just click that Extract button and all of my pictures are saved in .jpg form.
I hope this information helps you retrieve all of your magical memories! If you continue to have an issue getting the photos to download, please give
Disney PhotoPass Service a call so they can pull out all the pixie dust for you! Thanks for stopping by and please let us know if we can assist you further!
