Cost of VIP Christmas parade seating?

Hi Jesse! Welcome to planDisney. The Holidays at the Disneyland Resort are just around the corner, and there’s truly nothing quite like Main Street decked out in twinkling lights as “A Christmas Fantasy Parade” makes its way through the park. Since you’re asking about seating options, let’s look at a few different ways you can enjoy the parade with a reserved viewing area.

One possibility is booking a Disneyland Resort VIP Tour. These tours include access to a reserved parade viewing section along with the help of a knowledgeable Disney guide who serves as your personal host throughout the day. They’ll assist with creating a custom itinerary, making dining arrangements, and sharing behind-the-scenes insights. VIP Tours are booked for a minimum of 7 hours and up to 10 hours, and pricing varies depending on the date and details of your tour. For the most accurate cost, you can reach out directly by emailing DisneylandVIPTours@disney.com
     or calling (714) 300-7710.

Another option is the Plaza Inn Dining Package for “A Christmas Fantasy Parade.” This includes either a lunch or dinner at Plaza Inn and comes with access to a reserved parade viewing area. Prices this year are listed at $58 per adult and $32 per child (subject to change). Just keep in mind that this section is generally standing room or ground seating, so it has a different feel compared to the more structured seating of a VIP Tour.

There’s also the “Disneyland Resort Home for the Holidays Guided Tour.” This seasonal two-hour experience includes a reserved parade viewing location, Lightning Lane access for Haunted Mansion Holiday, and a collection of other festive surprises. Reservations for this tour will open on or after October 2nd, and checking the official Disneyland website will give you the most current pricing information.

No matter which option you choose, you’ll have a magical spot to enjoy the parade as the toy soldiers march, the gingerbread men dance, and Santa Claus waves from his sleigh. I’m so glad you’ll be experiencing the magic of the season. It’s one of the most joyful times of year to visit. Keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for updates as the holidays get closer, and know that we’re always here at planDisney to help with any other planning details you may need.

Wishing you a merry visit filled with holiday cheer!
