    Is there a cost to use the fitness center at grand Floridian if we are staying there and is there an age limit?

    Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is one of my favorite destinations in the Disney Resort Collection. The gorgeous theming, luxury accommodations, and proximity to Magic Kingdom Park make it a Resort I always recommend. Let's discuss exercising during your stay!

    I have great news for you, use of the Health Club is included in your stay at the Grand Floridian. There is no additional charge. However, there are a few age restrictions. Guests must be 14 years and older to use fitness centers, and an adult must accompany any Guests under the age of 17. Another option to consider is the one-mile trail along the Seven Seas Lagoon outside of the Grand Floridian. I have personally jogged on this trail, and the views were spectacular. While you are visiting, also consider booking a treatment at the world-class Grand Floridian Spa.
