    cost of dining plans

Tie a napkin around your neck, Kenneth, because here at planDisney, we love talking about food! Thanks for stopping by with this great question. Dining plans are a hot topic; many guests seem ecstatic they're back. Let's look at current pricing and how to add a plan to your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort visit.

I chatted with a friendly Cast Member who said pricing for the two available dining plan options is always subject to change, but I can give you a general idea of what it would cost for your upcoming visit. For adults, the Disney Dining Plan would cost less than $89 per adult per night. For children, it will be less than $28 per night.

If you're interested in the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan, that would be less than $54 per adult per night and less than $23 per child per night. So it depends on your family's eating habits.

Remember that dining plans can only be added to vacation packages that include Disney Resort Hotel stays and theme park tickets. If you already have a package booked, you should be able to add a dining plan by calling Disney Resort Hotel Reservations.

Be sure to review the details of both dining plans to learn what's included and how they work. My family tends to eat on the go, so if we ever purchase a plan, it would be the quick-service option. As a matter of fact, my husband and I had delicious Lobster Rolls at Columbia Harbour House at Magic Kingdom Park today. We prefer experiencing thrill attractions, so the faster we can eat, the better!

Kenneth, I'm sending pixie dust and dinner rolls so your upcoming visit is chock-full of delectable meals. Please stop by planDisney anytime. Be our guest!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
