How to correct name spelling on ticket

    Jambo, Marteena.

I’m so glad you followed Timon and Pumbaa across the savanna and found your way to planDisney today. With only six weeks left on your countdown, your vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth will be here faster than you can say Hakuna Matata. Hooray!

I’m sorry there is a misspelling on one of your theme park tickets, but you have a couple of options to quickly remedy the issue. Your safest bet is to call (407) 939-4357 to speak to a Website Support Cast Member. They’ll be able to access your account and edit the spelling of the name on the ticket in question. If you don’t want to call, you can attempt to correct the misspelling yourself by logging in to your My Disney Experience account online and navigating to your “My Family & Friends” page (use the drop-down menu that appears when you hover your cursor over “My Disney Experience” at the top-right of the screen). You will see the list of your Family & Friends on the next screen. Find the person whose name is misspelled and click on “Update” to the right of their name. This will take you to a page where you can edit the spelling. If you do not see the option to update, then you will need to call the number I previously mentioned for further assistance.

I hope this information proves useful, Marteena. Please come see us again if you have further questions, and enjoy your trip!

    See ya real soon,

    Alyssa
