It looks like you'll be arriving tomorrow, so I will do my best to help you sort out your ticket dilemma.
I recently purchased a
theme park ticket, and although I received a purchase confirmation email right away with a confirmation number, I did not receive a separate email with a bar code. I was able to link the ticket to my
My Disney Experience account with the confirmation number. Other times when I have purchased tickets online, they have been automatically linked to my account at the time of purchase and I did not need to enter the confirmation number. You may want to check your Tickets & Passes in your My Disney Experience account to see if the tickets have already been linked.
If you did not receive an email at all, I recommend
contacting the Help Center for assistance. You'll be able to provide your personal information so the Cast Member can take a look at your account. If you are already en route to Walt Disney World Resort, check with the front desk at your Disney Resort Hotel, or stop by any
Guest Relations location or the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. It would be helpful to have information about when and how you purchased your tickets handy, as well as the payment method you used.
