Hi there, Barbara, and thanks for visiting planDisney!
If you purchased your tickets through
Disneyland.com, you should have received a confirmation email. If you didn't see it in your main inbox, I would recommend checking your spam folder as well - you can search for "Disneyland Confirmation" (hat tip to my fellow panelist, Tony, for a
great walkthrough on finding that confirmation email for a previous Guest).
If you're still having trouble finding the confirmation email, I would
call the Tickets line to speak to a Cast Member directly. They are always so helpful and can do a bit more digging to find out your ticket information.
Once you've found your ticket information, make sure to link them to the
Disneyland mobile app. To do this, you'll select the icon in the bottom right menu that looks like three horizontal lines (the "hamburger icon"), then tap "Tickets and Passes." From here, you'll select "Link Tickets & Passes" and scan the QR code for your tickets or enter the ID number directly.
You've picked such a great time to visit the parks! Not only will the Disneyland Resort be in the midst of the
Disney100 celebration (make sure to catch both
Wondrous Journeys and
World of Color - ONE!), but you'll also get to experience the
Food & Wine Festival over in Disney California Adventure! I'm keeping an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for an upcoming foodie guide for this festival, where they'll cover all the delicious snacks and drinks on offer.
Thank you again for your question, Barbara! As you continue to plan your trip, please feel free to
write me directly with any follow-up questions you think of. I'd love to help!
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
