Hey there, Ryan,
When I recently purchased
theme park tickets directly from the Disneyland Resort, I was sent a confirmation email. If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, be sure to check your email spam or junk mail folder. The subject of the email was "Disneyland Confirmation," followed by a purchase confirmation number. My confirmation email included a link to "Access Your eTickets." That link took me to the Disneyland Resort website where I could print out the eTickets, if desired.
If you have a QR code with your
theme park reservations, your tickets should automatically be linked in the
Disneyland app as well. Find them in the "Tickets and Passes" section located in the application menu in the lower-right corner of the app. In the app, make sure you are logged in with the same account used for the ticket purchase. Sometimes, the usual smartphone app debugging techniques may be applied. You know the drill: log out/log back in, force quit the app, and, if necessary, delete and reinstall the app. I hope such drastic measures aren't necessary. But keep them in mind, just in case. If all else fails, call in the cavalry! The Cast Members on the
Tickets information line are ready to help work out those tricky issues that occasionally come up. You may also visit a Main Entrance Ticket Booth to speak with a Cast Member in person. In that case, you will need to have a valid photo ID and your original form of payment handy.
Tony's Tip: While we're dealing with mobile apps, I also recommend downloading the free
Play Disney Parks app. When it comes time to immerse yourself in the intricacies of
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, you can take your experience to the next level with the
Star Wars: Datapad, included with the Play Disney Parks app. Make sure you grant the app permission to interact with surrounding devices to ensure you get credit for your hard work when you help Hondo Ohnaka and the Resistance on
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run.
I hope you have a magical visit to the Disneyland Resort, Ryan. Please, come on back to planDisney should you have any more questions.
