Ahoy, Valli!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so glad you are hEAR and happy to report that Disney Cruise Line makes
cruising with babies and toddlers very easy. I think you'll find your dining and culinary team very accommodating to your request for well-cooked rice for your little sailor. This request can be made aboard, but if you would like to note it on your cruise reservation you can call the
Dietary Special Services Team at (407) 566-3602. They will be happy to answer any food questions for your August sailing. Disney Cruise Line does offer pureed food upon request in the main dining rooms and through room service. Other options on the children's menu will include items like soup, mac 'n' cheese, mini burger, pizza, french fries, smashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, fruit, fish, grilled chicken, spaghetti and meatballs to name a few. You can bring food on board with you, but it must be pre-packaged, unopened and cannot require preparation in the kitchen. Any liquids should follow the same requirements and must be packed in your carry-on luggage.
Thank you for stopping by with your dining question, Valli! Please let us know if you think of anything else before it's time to set sail on your magical journey with Disney Cruise Line! We are always happy to help.
Nancy
