We converted our daily park tickets into annual passes on a recent trip. We were not provided a pass holder card and the cast member didn’t mention anything about a card. Is this something mailed out?

Hi, Amy! Welcome to the Annual Passholder family! There are so many great benefits to being an Annual Passholder, but I especially love the merchandise and dining discounts. To take advantage of these discounts, you will definitely need that little handy card! Cast Members will always want to see it when you ask for the Annual Passholder discount. Also, be sure to keep your picture ID handy because they will also need to see it for verification.

Have you customized your Annual Passholder MagicBands yet, Amy? If not, go ahead and head to your My Disney Experience account to do so. When you receive your MagicBands, the Annual Passholder discount card should be enclosed. Sometimes, it gets slipped into the very bottom of the package, so be sure to thoroughly inspect that package before recycling it. No worries if you have already recycled the box or if you need it sooner. Simply give a Cast Member in the Annual Passholder department a call and they will get one to you faster than you can spell supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!

Thank you for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!

Hi, I'm Brandy, a speech pathologist and busy driver of daughters to marching band and dance events. My Annual Pass is used often to check out new Disney must-dos and resort changes. I enjoy giving advice about itinerary and FastPass+ planning, Epcot's fantastic festivals, Memory Maker, and transportation at the Resort. The time I spend at Walt Disney World Resort is distinctive because it is the one place I can forget other responsibilities and focus on having the time of my life with my family!
