I have a conundrum. I was all set to do Tusker house for character dining for our family that has two boys. But we also love Christmas and we’re going to be there in November. Now I’m wondering if Hollywood and vine would be best. Thoughts or insights?

    Hiya, Raina!

I am so excited to hear that you are heading to Walt Disney World for a holly-jolly holiday. Nothing beats walking down Main Street, U.S.A. with the Christmas decorations all aglow!

Raina, while I love the holidays as much as the next girl, I actually think that you should stick with Tusker House Restaurant for your upcoming trip. My family tends to like the food at Tusker House Restaurant a little more than at Hollywood & Vine, and we find that our day at Disney's Animal Kingdom has more time in the itinerary to enjoy a sit-down meal without being rushed.

There is so much going on around the holidays, that you will not even miss getting to see Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse in their seasonal attire.

If your family is up for it, I recommend that you purchase tickets to Disney Very Merriest After Hours. You will not regret getting to see life-sized Gingerbread Men and Toy Soldiers in Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade before tuning in for Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show.

    Have a fa-la-la-fabulous time, Raina!
