I was just contacted by my wheelchair rental vendor who said that they were no longer allowed to leave thier wheelchairs on premises at the WDW motels. Very disappointed. Who are the approved vendors who can? I am not interested in renting one at the parks

Hi, Kellen!  I want to first tell you that if you have a company that your prefer to do business with, they are still allowed to bring your equipment to you at Walt Disney World.  You will just have to be there to meet the delivery.  The items not delivered by an approved vendor cannot be dropped off at Bell Services, waiting for your arrival.

If you would rather have your equipment dropped off in your absence, you do have to use one of the approved providers.  These providers will be able to leave your wheelchair or ECV at Bell Services, so it will be there when you arrive or when you are able to retrieve the equipment.

The preferred providers as of today include:

    Apple Scooters
    Best Price Mobility
    Buena Vista Scooters
    CARE Medical
    Scooterbug

The list is evolving, as this is a brand new requirement, so when you contact your vendor, make sure they are one of the preferred vendors.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.  I hope you are able to work out a solution that is comfortable for your situation.
