We are considering a trip this June. My wife is supposed to avoid MSG and ingredients that naturally produce MSG, as well as other things, such as olive oil. Is there way to find out the ingredients used so we can plan and make reservations?

Hi Kevin! I think Walt Disney World is one of the best places for people with special dietary requirements to visit. Disney has a department dedicated to helping guests with food allergies and intolerances. Click here for more information.

If you email SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com in advance of your trip, they will send you a form to complete about your wife's special dietary requirements and the restaurants in which you plan to dine. They will then make sure that each table-service restaurant has the information about your wife's dietary needs so that the restaurant can prepare a meal for her that complies with her needs. When you arrive at each restaurant, your wife can ask to speak with a chef who can tell her which items on the menu or buffet meet her dietary requirements. The Special Diets department can also provide you with ingredient information for the foods at the quick-service restaurants.

    Hope this helps!
