I am considering taking a trip in September 2010. It will be 3 adults a 3 years old and a 1 year old. Would we be considered a family of 5 or a family of 4 because the baby would be in a playyard. I see a lot of hotels say max capacity of 4.

A child under the age of three, sleeping in a crib, does not count in the room capacity at any of the WDW resort hotels. Your group could stay in any room at WDW with a stated limit of four, assuming that 1-year old sleeps in a crib. More more information, or to book a hotel room, call Disney reservations at 407-W-DISNEY.
