We are considering staying at the new Art of Aninimation and are worried about it's distance in bus travel time from WDW. The address is the same as Pop Century though, and they have a direct (non shared bus). Can I assume this will apply to our hotel?

    Leanna,

The Art of Animation Resort is located where originally they had started building the second half of the Pop Century Resort. They even had some of it built, but they never completed it.

So the location is, essentially, the same as the Pop Century Resort.  It is just on the other side of the Hourglass Lake.

Bus routes change all the time at Walt Disney World as dictated by changes in flow of traffic, demand throughout the day and year, and other factors. Ultimately, however, you can assume that bus transportation will be similar at the Art of Animation as it was at Pop Century. Will they share a line sometimes? Probably. But you should still find that they come every 20 minutes or so, and take from 15 to 25 minutes to get to the four parks.

I hope this helps. If you have any follow-up questions, please feel free to ask me directly!

    Have a magical vacation!
