Disney's Contemporary Resort is one of my favorite Walt Disney World Resort hotels for so many reasons! In fact, we love it so much that Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort is our Disney Vacation Club Home Resort. I absolutely love chatting about this fantastic location, so let's get down to business.
If you are dreaming of watching
Wishes Nighttime Spectacular from your private balcony in your Mickey Mouse pajamas, best sure to reserve a room under the category "Tower- Theme Park View." If you prefer the natural beauty of Bay Lake, you might decide to vacation in the Garden Wing or reserve a room designated "Tower- Bay Lake View." Now, my preference is to stay in the iconic A-Frame Tower. I enjoy being so close to
Contempo Cafe for our late-night snacks, and just a quick elevator ride away from the tasty treats and deluxe coffee drinks at
Contemporary Grounds.
Also, you can't beat the transportation options from this Resort hotel. Of course, you can hop aboard the monorail from the station inside the Grand Canyon Concourse. The complimentary and convenient Walt Disney World Resort buses pick up just beyond the glass doors of the first floor of this building. My favorite perk of this location is the 5-10 minute walk to Magic Kingdom Park along the designated path! We love to step along the dedication bricks as we make our way to the front gates, excited for the incredible day ahead.
