Considering a split stay 5/4 nights. Getting free dining plan w/10 day tickets with 1st booking. The 2nd is room only. Will we be able to use the remaining dining credits during the 2nd part of our stay or can we buy another dining plan w/o additional tix?

Hi, Maryam! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for stopping by with your question! Personally, I love to do split stays since it gives me the ability to experience more Disney Resort Hotel magic! There are only a couple of resorts I have yet to stay in over the years, so I am trying to do a few split stays this next year so we can try them.

I am so glad to hear you were able to take advantage of the Free Disney Dining Special Offer. This is a very popular discount, so you must have had some pixie dust working for you to make this magical package part of your plans! Since the Disney Dining Plan is only connected to the first Disney Resort Hotel reservation, you will only be able to use it during that timeframe. So, your plan entitlements will be active from the time of check-in for your first stay until midnight the day you check out of that first stay. That last day will overlap the check-in day of your second stay, so technically you will be able to use plan entitlements during your second stay. Just note that it is only for that overlap day and as the clock strikes midnight, your entitlements will expire.

Most room-only Disney Resort Hotel reservations can be converted to a ticketless Disney Resort Hotel Package with Disney Dining Plan. You will need to call in to speak with a Cast Member to see if your current reservation is eligible. Note that ticketless packages cannot be booked online, so calling in is the best way to make your reservation a bit more delicious.

I hope this helps you complete your resort plans! Thanks again for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!
