We are considering possibly doing a cruise this Christmas season. I am 18. Would I be allowed to drink when the boat is docked in countries like the Bahamas, where that is the legal drinking age?

    Hi Mariah!
Sailing with Disney Cruise Line during the holiday season sounds like a great way to celebrate this year!  Just like the Disney Parks, the ship will be decked out in twinkling lights, gorgeous greenery, festive wreaths and dazzling Christmas trees!
Even though the drinking age is 18 in the Bahamas, the drinking age on the ship is always 21.  Castaway Cay is a Bahamian island, but since it is owned by Disney, the age will also remain 21.
Thanks so much for visiting the Moms Panel, Mariah!  If you think of any other cruise questions, please let me know!
    Have a magical day!
