We are considering eating dinner at Kona on our next trip. We will be on the dining plan and want to know if we can order sushi as our entrée. It is not listed under entrees. Can we substitute 2 rolls for an entrée when dining there? Thanks in ad

    Aloha Michelle,

Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel today!  We're so happy to hEAR from you!

I think I drifted off into Disney dining dreamland for a few minutes after reading your question.  Dinner at Kona Cafe for some delicious sushi and a fun, tropical cocktail is one of my Walt Disney World vacation traditions.  I'm happy to say that sushi can be ordered on the Disney Dining Plan as an entree.  You will be able to select one item from the "Sushi" section of the Kona Cafe dinner menu, plus a non-alcoholic beverage and a dessert.  I personally love the Lava Roll and Caterpillar Roll for my main course, followed by the Banana-Chocolate Crème Brûlée or Kona Kone for dessert, but it's hard to go wrong with anything here.  Yummy!

I hope that helps with your dining decision, Michelle, but please write back if we can help answer any other questions.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
