We're considering doing a Kingdom Hearts couple's costume (Aqua & Terra) for MNSSHP, but the rules are vague for adults. Would the open back halter top in one of the costumes be considered inappropriate?

    Hi Steven!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I actually just finished listening to a podcast on the release of the new Kingdom Hearts game and I know the fandom runs deep!

I think your idea for a costume for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party sounds unique and practically perfect! While they do reserve the right to deny admission to folks, in my personal opinion the halter top you've brought up should not be of a concern. I believe the intention behind this is more for offensive costumes in general or things that may be deemed a little too scary for the Mouseketeers running around Main Street USA! Guests wear tanks and halters frequently to the parks as it's Florida and can get very hot, but I think your best judgement on the Aqua costume should be just fine.

I hope this helped to settle any concerns you may have had. Please come back if we can help in any other way and whatever you do don't miss Mickey's Boo To You Halloween Parade! It is my favorite entertainment they do at Magic Kingdom throughout the entire year!
