We are considering doing a carriage ride at Ft. Wilderness this Christmas. I know that I can book 180 days out but could you tell me the cancellation policy when booking something like that?

    Hello Dawn,

Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort decks their halls and carriages during the holidays season with holiday garland and lights, on their one horse open sleigh/carriage ride. Your festive ride can accommodate up to 4 adults and is typically a 25-minute adventure. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made 180 days in advance by calling (407)WDW-PLAY. After speaking to a Cast Member, the fee of the carriage ride will be charge in full if there is a no show or less than 24 hours cancelation.

Visiting Walt Disney World, during the holiday season, is truly a magical time to visit and I hope your upcoming stay is memorable. If I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
