I was considering adding the Quick Service Dining to my next Disney trip, but I keep hearing that the various dining plans are going up in price pretty significantly for the 2013 year. Are they still worth the money?

Hi, Andrea!  The quick service dining plan is going up about $2.50 per day for adults in 2013.  The best thing to do to determine if the dining plan is a good way to budget for the meals for your upcoming vacation is to visit a website, such as allears.net, that gives you the menus and prices for the restaurants at Walt Disney World.  You can determine if your dining plan purchase makes sense for your family.

For many families, it may not save them money over the course of their vacation, but it does take some of the stress of planning and budgeting out of the way.  The dining plan gives you a flat fee, upfront, that lets you know how much you'll be spending on food.  That can be a huge help to many famiilies.

I hope this information helps you make the decision for your family!
