What is considered legal proof of residency for Florida resident passes? I do not currently have a FL drivers license, but do have mortgage and utility bills. Is that sufficient? Can you purchase Florida resident passes online?

Hello Brook!  My in-laws are Florida residents and they highly enjoy taking advantage of the wonderful discounts available to them at Walt Disney World.   I am happy to share the requirements for proof of residency for the Sunshine State. For each ticket purchased for an adult you must provide the following:
    • Valid Florida drivers license (must have a Florida address)
    • Valid Florida state-issued ID card (must have a Florida address)
    • Valid Florida-based military ID

If you don't have one of the above forms of ID you must show one of the following- dated in the past 2 months evidencing a Florida residential address, along with a corresponding photo ID (passport, driver's license, state ID card.)

    • Proof of current mortgage (must be current mortgage statement from within the past 2 months.)
    • Homeowners insurance policy
    • Current automobile registration, insurance policy or bill
    • Current utility bill (bills can not be more than 2 months old and P.O. Boxes are not accepted as proof of residency)
    • Mail from financial institutions (checking, savings, or investment account statements)
    • Mail from city, state or county government agencies

For more information on these policies please check out the proof or Florida residency frequently asked questions page on the Walt Disney World website.
