I connected my reservation number but only one ticket shows up on Disney planner

    Hey there, hi there, Dawn!

I’m glad you stopped by with your question for us.

Three chEARs for visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth soon! I do hope you’re following along on planDisney’s Instagram account, as my fellow panelists and I share our tips and tricks at the theme parks and Disney Resorts Collection hotels!

Dawn, if only your theme park ticket is showing up, and none of the other Guests in your party’s are, perhaps this is because you are not connected with the rest of your party through the Family & Friends list. If this is the case, you will need to invite them to connect and plan with you, and once they have accepted, their tickets will also show up.

To connect with your party, follow these steps:

-Please click this link and scroll down until you can select the + Add a Guest option.
-You will be prompted to answer, How would you like to add this Guest, and you can choose from a series of options, including “I’ll enter their name and age;” you don’t need to know their exact age, if they’re an adult, you can choose “18+.”
-You will be asked to add their email address, and it will send an invitation to the person to connect with you.
-After your Guest accepts the invitation to connect with you, you can start planning together, and you will be able to view their tickets.

Just in case this is not the issue, I chatted with a friendly Cast Member through the Walt Disney World website, and they informed me that they would need to look into your account and reservation to see what’s going on, as many factors could play into why your tickets are not showing up. To chat with a Cast Member through the Walt Disney World Resort website, you will need to click on the blue “Chat Now” option that appears on the right-hand side of the screen. Sometimes it takes a moment to appear, but once it does, you will want to select it to be connected with a Cast Member. They will ask permission for you to fill out some information for them to be able to take a look into your account, and once you have given your consent, they will be happy to assist you.

If you’d like to chat with a Cast Member through your My Disney Experience Mobile app, you will want to open up the app, select the three horizontal lines located on the bottom right corner, and then scroll down to tap on the “Chat With Us” icon. It will display a screen to type up your question and alert you when a Cast Member has responded. Since you’re chatting through the app, the Cast Member will be able to look into your account to help you.

We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic, Dawn. Have an enchanting time!
