Do you have to connect your tickets to your room key? We have split reservations next months and technology and I dont always get along. Would it be easier to keep tickets/room key separate or can a cm switch the tickets from key to key? thanks

    Hi Robin!

We have enjoyed many split stays at the Walt Disney World Resort, and have found it more convenient, and less headache inducing, to maintain our theme park tickets and room keys separate.  When you arrive at your initial resort, you can have the CM place the ticket on your KTTW card.  When you check in at your second resort, you can ask the concierge desk CM's at your resort to remove the remaining days on the initial KTTW card and have them transferred to the second KTTW card.  While not a lengthy process, it does take some time, and they need to be sure that the card/tickets are active.

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
