Heigh-Ho Nancy,
Beginning to plan a Walt Disney World vacation can be a bit daunting. When to go? Where to stay? How much? How many tickets? When to make dining reservations? And so on and so on; but rest assured it’s all a part of the process and actually builds up the excitement as you get closer and closer to Coming Home.
Guests wishing to make a Walt Disney World vacation reservation are able to speak to a Cast Member by calling (407) 939-1936. Currently, Cast Members are experiencing a high call volume and I recommend calling when phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. EST aka Mickey Time. Before calling I highly recommend creating a
My Disney Experience account and downloading the
mobile app. This will be your vacation hub where you can manage your Walt Disney World Resort reservation or vacation package, have access to your Walt Disney World tickets, make
Disney Park Pass reservations and table-service dining reservations along with many other pixie-dusted planning features.
Another option, and one I prefer, is making a Walt Disney World vacation reservation with an Authorized Disney Vacation planner. Guests can do a simple Google search and a list of reliable agencies come up. Booking is at no extra cost to you and in my opinion way more personable and they do so much of the reservation and itinerary worked for you, unlike if you reserve through the Walt Disney World site. It's a great way to support small businesses.
I hope I have helped in your first steps to make a Walt Disney World vacation and continue to ask us any further curiouser and curiouser inquiries you may have.
Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
