Confused! Booked Hoop Dee Doo & paid by credit card for 7:15 show & cat 1 seating, is this still going to cost me 2 dining credits each on top of what I paid for the dinner & show? I just need to clarify so I can make the rest of my reservation

Hi, Sheryl! There are a few dining experiences at Walt Disney World Resort which require a credit card payment to hold the reservation, and the dinner shows are among them. However, when you arrive for the meal, you can pay for it using any method you prefer.  You could choose to pay cash, use a different credit card, pay with traveler's checks, redeem Disney Dollars or Disney Gift Cards, or utilize Disney Dining Plan credits. Simply tell the Cast Member serving you how you'd like to make your payment. If you choose to use your Disney Dining Plan instead of your credit card, the Cast Member will refund the purchase price to the credit card and deduct the Disney Dining Plan credits from your account. Be sure to bring the credit card you used to hold the reservation and your Key to the World card with you to the meal. It does not require card payment and two Table-service dining entitlements.  The only problem you may face is that the Disney Dining Plan only covers categories 2 and 3 at the show you have chosen.  To sit in Category 1 seats and use Dining Plan entitlements, you must attend the the last show of the evening.  So either change your category for the 7:15 show or change to the last meal to be able to use your Dining Plan.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
