    Still confused about annual pass. Is it activated at Guest relations or the park gate? If I pick up our passes Sunday June 3 evening at Disney Springs and enter MK park on Monday June 4 AM, which date does it get activated?

    Hello Alicia!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I am so happy you have purchased an Annual Pass.   Not only will you enjoy a years worth of theme park entrance, but you will also receive wonderful discounts on merchandise, food and even Disney Resort hotel stays.   I absolutely love mine and I hope you will as well.

    Your Annual Pass can be activated at any Guest Relations window, or ticket window at the four theme parks or Disney Water Parks.    In order to activate it you will need your picture ID and confirmation number to show the Cast Member who will be helping you.   Once it is activated it will be good for one year.   So for example if you activate at Disney Springs on June 3 but don't enter a theme park until June 4th, your pass would start on June 3rd,  the day of activation.  Activation takes just a few minutes.  I completed mine at a ticket window at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park about a month ago and I was done in about 5 minutes.
