There were conflicting responses here that the Grand Californian entrance to the park was open for other Disney hotel guests (inquiring specifically about Paradise Pier) but another that said it wasn't-which is it? We arrive in March split stay at both

    Aloha, Lance!

You're going to have a great time staying at Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel. It's such a delightful hotel! I stayed with my husband a few years ago and fell in love with the beach theme and fun decor.

Staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel brings many privileges and conveniences, and one of those perks includes the ability to enter Disney California Adventure Park through Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Using this entrance will significantly shorten your walk from Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel. If you're not sure of the best route to walk, you can ask one of the Cast Members at the hotel front desk, and they can provide you with a map and directions.

You may also cut through Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa to enter the Downtown Disney District. The entrance will place you near Black Tap Craft Burgers & Shakes, an excellent option for lunch, dinner, drinks, or dessert.

Thanks for bringing this question to planDisney. I hope you have a wonderful time at the Happiest Place on Earth!

    Wishing you a magical stay,
