I have confirmed my purchase of Disney park tickets. My account says I have a “Disney Park Pass”, this is the same as having a ‘reservation’ right?

    Welcome to planDisney, Brenda!

I'm excited to see you have a Walt Disney World Resort trip planned for May. I'm sure you are looking forward to visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth this spring. If you plan to visit Epcot during your time at Walt Disney World, don't miss the Taste of Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. The breathtaking topiaries, live entertainment, and delicious Outdoor Kitchens are a delight to experience!

If you have purchased your theme park tickets and made a park reservation you should be set for your upcoming visit. Your current theme park tickets and reservations can be found in the My Plans page of My Disney Experience. To access the My Plans page, sign in to your account on disneyworld.com or open the My Disney Experience app on your smartphone. Please keep in mind that all Guests in your party, ages 3 and older, must have a theme park reservation to enter any of the theme parks.

Here are a couple of quick tips for your trip:

    • Bring water and snacks with you to the parks. Florida is quite hot in the spring, so stay hydrated with plenty of water.
    • Pack 2-3 face coverings for the parks so that you can swap them out during the day and wash the ones you wear at night. Starting the day in a fresh mask will keep everyone smiling (underneath).
Brenda, please let the Panel know if we can help you with any other questions before your visit to Walt Disney World Resort.

    Have a magical day!
