    Just confirmed a brkfst res for April 7 2013 at Cape May Cafe. Conf states DOES NOT INCLUDE CHARACTERS! I only booked it for the characters! Are character brkfsts not being offered here anymore?

    Hi Lori!  Thanks for sending your question to the Mom's Panel! I'm so sorry you have encountered difficulty when booking your Character Dining Experience at the Beach Club Breakfast Buffet at Cape May Cafe. According to the 2013 Disney Dining Plan PDF and the official webpage for Cape May Cafe which I have linked you to above, the Beach Club Breakfast Buffet at Cape May Cafe is still listed as a Character Dining Experience for breakfast only. I called Disney DIning just now to verify my information for you and the cast member confirmed that in the Disney Dining system, this dining location is still categorized as a Character Dining Experience. I would double check your Advanced Dining Reservation to make sure you did not accidentally book your meal at dinner rather than breakfast. I have done this myself on one occasion. Sometimes when I am going back and forth checking different dates the time of day resets and I forget to change it from a.m. to p.m. and vice versa. In the evenings, Cape May Cafe features a seafood buffet which does not include characters. Follow the links I have provided above to learn more about Cape May Cafe and to view the 2013 Disney Dining Plan PDF. You may also want to call Disney Dining directly at (407) WDW-DINE to verify your Advanced Dining Reservation.
