hello, I have confirmation number for the tickets order, but i didn't get the tickets to my mail. where can i find them? thanks

    Hi there, Dekel!

I hope this makes it to you in time for your visit this week! You are just moments away from churros, hugs with Mickey, and so many magical memories. Let's make sure you have a smooth arrival with those theme park tickets through the Main Entrance Gates.

I'm sorry to hear the ticket confirmation email didn't make it to your inbox. If you'd like to do a search in case it landed in spam, those emails typically come from "Disneyland Reservations". It may be worth a quick search! Not to worry, though, if you have your confirmation numbers, we should be able to track them down. If you ordered them through the Disneyland website, they will be attached to your account. The easiest way to find them will be to head into the Disneyland app and log in with the same account used to purchase the tickets. Tap the three-line icon in the bottom right-hand corner and select "My Tickets and Passes". Here, you should see any and all tickets linked to your account, scrolling left to see each one. If, for some reason, you don't see them, tap the "+" in the top right-hand corner to "Link Tickets and Passes". You will see the option to "Type ID", where you can manually enter each of the confirmation numbers. After this step, the tickets and barcodes should appear in "My Tickets and Passes" and be ready to scan at the Main Gate.

Dekel, I hope we've found those tickets for you! If you still can't seem to find or link your tickets, I'd recommend giving Guest Services a call or talking to a Cast Member at the ticket booths if you have already arrived. They can see further into your account and can help with any specifics.

With your visit upon us, you may want to peek at the Entertainment Schedule as you make your way into the parks! This is a great way to structure your day between character cavalcades during the day and nighttime spectaculars at night. With the bonus of it being Halloween Time, you get to experience both touches of the 70th Anniversary and the limited-time offerings of the festive fall season! I'd make a point to catch both the Paint the Night Parade and Halloween Screams

Dekel, I hope we've set you up for a successful day in the parks! If you have any more questions, we are always here for you at planDisney.

    Magic awaits!
