    Hi there, I have my confirmation number for a reservation but I cannot link that to mydisneyexperience. Please help :-)

    Hi Jennifer and welcome to planDisney! Before you know it, you will be enjoying your summer vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort! I’m happy to help you figure out how to link your theme park tickets. 

    When I’m unable to link my theme park tickets via the My Disney Experience app, I update my app or I head to my home computer. This webpage has made it very easy for me to link all the elements of my Disney vacation for so many years! Try it out and follow the prompts, until your tickets are successfully linked. 

    If you have any issues, or the system just doesn’t recognize your confirmation number, reach out to a Cast Member at (407) 939-5277 and they will be happy to get you squared away.  

    Jennifer, before your magical visit, it’s important to make your Disney Park Pass reservations for the theme parks. You can always check for theme park availability on the availability calendar as you plan out your days.
